Introduction of a fully electronic customs environment is going to – directly or indirectly - force introduction of legal solutions in this commercial environment. It is certain that the position of customs brokers, as professional intermediaries on the international stage, will be growing and the model of their services is going to develop following new trends and tendencies in the international chain of deliveries, thus trying to meet expectations of the world of business.   Abstrakty Nie ulega wątpliwości, że przyszłościowy rozwój instytucji agentów celnych, nie tylko w Polsce, ale również i UE będzie odznaczał się dużym poziomem zmian prawno-organizacyjnych - i z tym należy się liczyć. Wprowadzenie w pełni elektronicznego środowiska celnego wymusi bezpośrednio lub pośrednio wprowadzenie nowych uregulowań prawnych w całym środowisku handlowym.
