Podatek cukrowy – regulacja szkodliwa dla polskiej branży cukrowniczej

Streszczenie Artykuł ocenia wybrane zagadnienia związane z projektowaną ustawą o zmianie niektórych ustaw w związku z promocją prozdrowotnych wyborów konsumentów. Autor koncentruje się przede wszystkim na wątku nowego podatku akcyzowego od słodkich napojów. Projektodawca nie uwzględnił znaczenia cukru dla polskiej gospodarki, a zmiany są niekorzystne dla rodzimej branży cukrowniczej. Sam projekt zawiera wiele błędów, wewnętrznych sprzeczności i wymaga intensywnej refleksji nad kierunkiem i znaczeniem zmian. The author focuses primarily on the theme of the new excise tax on a sugary drink. The author of project did not take into account the importance of sugar for the Polish economy, and the changes are unfavorable for the domestic sugar industry. The project itself contains many errors,  the internal contradictions and requires intensive reflection on the direction and a significance of changes.
