W publikacji poruszono problematykę wyróżnień w Służbie Celno – Skarbowej. Jest to jeden z istotnych aspektów statusu prawnego funkcjonariusza tej formacji. W początkowej części omówiono zagadnienie w ujęciu historyczno-prawnym, zaś w kolejnych omówiono formy wyróżnień a także sformułowano postulat zmiany przepisów prawa. Końcowa część została poświęcona oddziaływaniu wyróżnień na ścieżkę kariery funkcjonariusza Służby Celno – Skarbowej.

The publication discusses the problem of customs officer’s awards. This is one of the important aspects of the legal status of an officer of this formation. The initial part concerns the issue in historical and legal terms while the following discuss the forms of awards. The text also formulates a postulate to change the law. The final part was devoted to the impact of awards on the career path of an customs officer.
